How to prevent/avoid male infertility?

Sperm takes about 76 days to be made so if you are trying to get a female pregnant, you need to plan in advance. My advice during the time frame:

1. No baths (can raise testicle temperture too much), showers are OK.
2. No bicycle riding
3. No cups and/or supporters
4. No medications/drugs (some can effect productions)
