This would start with blood tests to determine hormone levels. Secondy, the Doctor sill probably send him to give a semen sample. (hate that part) Depending on the out come, he may have to go on hormone therapy- I did- and will be getting retested soon as well. I am mid fourties trying to concieve for the first time.
